ACCESS
We are particularly pleased to WELCOME you and wish you a pleasant stay at our facility.
It is our desire to always be at your disposal to make your holidays peaceful and unforgettable.
We invite you to adhere to the rules of the following regulations, published on the official website https://www.campinggirasole.com/, which is sent together with the booking confirmation and is displayed at the reception offices and at the entrance of the village.
THE ACT OF ENTRY PRESUMES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE REGULATIONS.
1. Incoming guests are required to submit an identification document for the registration of each individual person as required by article 109 of the TULPS.
2. The reception of the client and the completion of registration formalities at the Reception is only allowed during the hours posted at the entrance of the accommodation facility. At the time of registration, the client and their guests must provide Girasole with their personal details. In case of subsequent changes concerning the guests, the client undertakes to immediately inform the Management, signing the appropriate form.
3. Daily visitors can access the village if authorized and after submitting a document, which they will collect at the Reception upon departure. After the first two hours of free stay, they must pay the daily entrance fee to the accommodation facility.
4. The Reception is pleased to welcome you 24 hours a day. You can check in from your arrival and use the village services. The accommodation will be delivered from 4:00 PM. You are required to check out, vacating the premises and returning the keys to reception, by 10:00 AM.
5. In cases of early arrivals or late departures, it is possible to stay in the accommodation complex for a fee, subject to authorization from the Management. 6. Failure to arrive by 8:00 PM on the expected day, without prior notice of delay (no show), is equivalent to cancellation of the reservation with consequent loss of the confirmation deposit paid. In case of cancellation beyond the terms provided by our Cancellation Policy, the amount of the first night’s stay will be retained. In case of NO SHOW, the confirmation deposit as an advance payment will not be refunded.
7. Delays in arrival and early departures do not entitle to refunds or price reductions. 8. No disputes are accepted regarding discrepancies in the start or end date of the stay; only the confirmation letter sent by the booking office is valid. Without our written confirmation, no booking commitments are recognized. 9. Guests undertake to look after the accommodation without moving the furniture. Any damage to the structure and equipment will be charged.
10. Underage guests are not allowed unless accompanied by adults who are obliged to supervise their conduct throughout their stay within the accommodation facility, responding to all legal effects towards Camping Girasole S.r.l. and towards third parties.
RULES OF COEXISTENCE
1. During quiet hours, from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, noise, gatherings, or noisy meetings that disturb the rest of guests are strictly prohibited. The circulation of any type of motor vehicle within the village area is forbidden; entry and exit are only allowed on foot; radios, TVs, and other sound equipment must not be audible outside the housing units.
2. It is mandatory to dispose of waste, in a differentiated manner, in the specific collection islands within the complex. It is forbidden to dispose of waste outside the appropriate containers provided by the staff in compliance with current regulations on separate waste collection. It is also forbidden to dispose of wastewater, of any type and from any source, outside the appropriate utility points located within the accommodation facility and/or outside the sanitary facilities.
3. Tying to plants for cover support is prohibited. It is also forbidden to light open fires in the entire area of the accommodation facility and its appurtenances. More restrictive rules of the Entities responsible for the protection and conservation of the heritage are safeguarded.
4. The use of cooking grills or barbecues is not allowed.
5. The use of gas stoves within the pitches is authorized at a distance greater than 1.5 meters from the surrounding vegetation and flammable materials.
6. It is forbidden to light smoking products in the “buffer zone”, which is the area between the sandy shoreline and the area designated for pitches.
7. It is forbidden to obstruct the traffic routes within the accommodation facility with cables and/or any other instrument for the derivation of electrical energy. Electrical extensions are prohibited, and it is also forbidden to lean them against the surrounding vegetation. Girasole staff is expressly authorized to immediately disconnect without notice any cable and/or instrument placed in violation of what has just been stated.
ANIMALS
8. Four-legged friends are allowed for a fee, subject to management authorization, provided they have undergone vaccinations required by law and adequate documentation is produced. They must be kept on a leash and under strict control by the owner, who is solely responsible for any damage or injury that it may cause to people and/or property.
9. Animals are not allowed in the swimming pool.
10. Animal owners are required to collect their droppings with appropriate tools, out of respect for all our customers and in order to maintain and preserve the hygiene and decorum of common areas.
11. For washing animals, it is possible to use the designated area located near the playground.
CAR OR MOTORCYCLE AND VEHICLE CIRCULATION AND PARKING
12. Only one car per group with a maximum length of 4.5 meters is allowed. The parking space will be assigned by the Management. The car must be properly registered at check-in. A possible second car, if allowed, is subject to a fee.
13. Access with cars/motorcycles within the accommodation complex is allowed only in parking areas. Circulating vehicles must proceed at walking speed (10 km/h). In any case, the circulation of cars or other motor vehicles within the village is not allowed.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT METHODS
14. To make a reservation, you need to contact the reception (via email, phone, or the appropriate form on the website https://www.campinggirasole.com/), which will verify availability for the requested dates and formulate an offer including the cost estimate.
15. The reservation becomes binding only after the payment of a sum as a confirmatory deposit as per art. 1385 of the Civil Code and as an advance payment of the fee with the subsequent sending of written confirmation. The sum established as a deposit and advance payment, equal to 25% of the price of the entire booked stay, can be paid by bank transfer no later than 3 days after the booking date.
16. Regarding the start or end date of the stay, only the confirmation communication sent by the booking office is valid, without which no booking commitments are recognized. Neither early arrivals nor early or late departures are accepted (unless agreed in advance with the booking office). The customer is required to pay for the entire booked period.
17. The reservation is personal and cannot be transferred by the customer to third parties for any reason or title.
18. The balance of the stay can be settled in cash up to the limit provided by current regulations at the time of payment, by debit card or credit card. Checks are not accepted. The BALANCE must be paid no later than the day before departure.
19. The customer can at any time cancel the reservation, without any penalty, by giving written notice of cancellation to Girasole within 7 days before the stay or within any shorter term provided at the time of booking based on different periods of stay. In this case, the confirmatory deposit will be fully refunded.
20. Any temporary suspension, due to technical reasons or force majeure, of accessory services or activities, cannot in any case give the right to refunds, constitute a case for revoking the reservation of pitches and/or housing units or cause for termination of the relationship.
DAMAGES – LIABILITY – LOST ITEMS – THEFTS
21. Each guest is asked to take care of their own belongings. Please note that the valuables custody service is free of charge.
22. Found objects must be handed in at the Reception to allow their rightful owners to retrieve them.
23. Girasole is not responsible for injuries and wounds caused by personal actions and, in general, for damages caused in the camping area by accidental and unforeseeable natural calamities (falling trees, branches, flooding, etc.).
24. The use of equipment (sports facilities, playground, etc.) and participation in organized activities (competitions, games, tournaments, shows, etc.) are at the user’s own risk.
25. Clients and/or their guests are personally responsible towards Girasole and/or third parties for any damage to property and/or persons, direct and/or indirect, caused in any way as a result of carelessness, willful misconduct or negligence.
26. After the return of the accommodation unit, in case of damages found to the structures, equipment and/or furnishings by the staff and not previously reported by the guest to Girasole, the latter reserves the right to request compensation from the guest. The right to claim compensation for greater damage (consequential damage) is also reserved.
SWIMMING POOL
27. The swimming pool schedule includes 2 shifts of 4 hours each;
28. It is mandatory to take a shower before entering the water;
29. Pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are not allowed;
30. Children under 12 years old are allowed entry only if accompanied by parents or adults;
31. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory;
32. It is forbidden to use shampoo and/or any type of detergent in the pool and showers. For anything else not covered in these regulations, please refer to the Civil Code or current regulations. Competent court: for all cases that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these regulations and the contractual relationship to which they refer, the sole competent court to decide disputes is the Court of Fermo.
